How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. On your iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Resurgo → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll help however we can.
What are Boosts?
Boosts are optional one-time top-ups for when you want more than your plan includes — more meal refreshes, more coach time, and so on. Anything you don't use carries over and never expires.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account anytime from inside the app, under your profile/account settings. This removes your personal data from our active systems. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle it for you.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your plan pauses, but nothing is lost — your history and everything you've built are kept safe and waiting. Resubscribe anytime and you'll pick up right where you left off.
How is my plan created?
Resurgo builds your plan from what you tell it about your goals, schedule, and life, and adjusts as you go. Plans and coaching are AI-generated for guidance and motivation — not professional medical, financial, or other advice.
